No, heated windscreen is on the right, 2nd one down, between A/C and recirc. It has tiny elements in the glass which heat up, like the rear windscreen. The button on the left, 3rd down sends air to the front screen and 2nd on the left normally turns up heat to max, both heated screens on and A/C to try and demist the fastest. 1.
Ford Model: Kuga. Ford Year: 2013. UK/Ireland Location: Fife. Posted August 19, 2018. When I use the washers to clear my windscreen the wipers just keep going no matter what I try. I need to stop the car and turn off the engine. Normal wipers turn on and off as normal. Anyone else had this problem. 2013 2.0 tdci 163 Titanium 4x4 auto.
They fitted a new screen the day before I picked it up as old screen was cracked and failed MOT. Yesterday was the first day i used the heated screen and only the Passenger saide is clearing. Iam assuming as screen is brand new its not the screen. Ill check the fuses later today and hopefully its the fuse or the relay.
2017+ Super Duty - Rear view camera “Please Check Surroundings for Safety” - So 2021+ models let you turn on the rear camera while driving but on my 22 with the 12” screen there is this huge rectangular black box with “please check surroundings for safety” right in the middle of the image blocking a ton of the view.
Most tailgate issues are caused by alignment problems (there have been a few failures of the tailgate lift motors). Hence the problems people (and I) have had when parked on uneven surfaces). Get the alignment checked. A low cost fault code reader will tell you if a sensor or motor is faulty.
Hi, I've got a 2016 Kuga. I've purchased a Blackvue dashcam, and I want it to be always on (so it can do parking mode), but I don't want it to flatten my battery. Initially, I thought about purchasing the Blackvue battery pack. The dash cam connects to the battery pack, rather than the car, and this battery pack charges when the car is "on" and
RonnieM. It actually doesn't get to the "Set" menu. On my model, you first need to press the cruise control button to get into "cruise standby mode" and then press the "Set+" or "Set-" buttons to select cruise speed. I cannot get into the cruise standby mode and therefore the Set+/- buttons dont do anything.
